Project Natal, pronounced “nuh-tall,” is designed to remove the controller entirely from playing videogames. Whereas Nintendo’s Wii requires using a controller and nunchuk to capture movements, Project Natal does so hands-free, so-to-speak. The system uses an RGB camera, depth sensor, multi-array microphone and custom processor running software packed into a single device. The device is able to track full body movement in 3D and voice commands, including changes in inflection. Project Natal will be able to recognize your face and use that to log you into Xbox Live. This technology could also be theoretically used to verify inputting credit card information to keep the kiddies from making purchases when mommy and daddy are not around. Project Natal with its full body motion control and voice recognition does not have a release date at this time.

Alright so I’m trying on my Xbox again. It says “This account has been suspended … update information” or something like that. So I go to “My Account Settings” or whatever it’s called on my Xbox, and there are a bunch of options. One says “My Membership” I think. It says it’s ‘Gold’, but when I go to it, it says there aren’t any currently. I then went to “Redeem Code”, and did just that. I got this message:

“You’re signed up for this subscription, but it’s been suspended. To reinstate it, open your profile and select Account Management, Memberships, then update your payment info.”

And it tells me that when I DO update my info, they will instantly charge $50 to my account. So what the hell do I do? Seriously. I can’t get on Xbox LIVE unless I charge $50 to my account, when I already have the 12-Month Gold card.

Oh, and actually, my credit card doesn’t work, because like I said last night, it’s ‘UNABLE TO AUTHORIZE’ for some stupid ass reason.

I need help with my Xbox LIVE subscription. I was playing a game when I noticed i couldn’t join my friends game. I logged out and tried to log back I, but it didn’t sign in to LIVE, and came up with

“Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in account management.”

Whenever i choose the option to Update profile, it just goes back to the Xbox dashboard, and if i have my game disk in, it loads up my game.

My account uses a credit card.

When I try to sign in it says Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management. I don’t use my credit card even though its on their I use microsoft point cards. I tried redeeming new gold subscription which didn’t work. Then when I back out of account settings it signs me out and says:

Some Xbox LIVE content is temporarily unavailable. You can still access your profile, communicate with other players, and play games online.

The content will automatically appear when it’s available.

Can anyone help?

My dad signed up for a gold account for me on Xbox Live. It used his email and his credit card. However, I think the subscription ran out or something, and when i log on with the account it says : “Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management” then has 2 options “Update Profile” or “Cancel”. Cancel just closes the window and stops me from signing in to Live. When I do Update Profile it goes to the Account Management screen and shows the loading sign below all of the options. However, as soon as it finishes loading it takes me back to the Xbox Live section of the dashboard, with Demon Gooner’s Profile activated but not connected to Xbox Live. I thought of using the Account Recovery as I thought it was worth a go. However, when I go onto it it asks for the Windows Live ID email and password. The email is stevenrhughes@hotmail.com, my dad’s email. Ctd…
However, he set the password and has forgotten it, so i cant do that. When i tried to set a new password online, it said that I couldnt because I didnt have account recovery questions, because it didnt ask me to make them when I made the account. I contacted the Windows Live ID people about it but they wanted the number of the credit card that had been used to sign the account up, but my dad has multiple credit cards, does not keep his card statement things, and so he has no idea what credit card he used or even if he still has that particular credit card. I think i can safely say we are in trouble, but i REALLY want to try CoD 4 and some of the new games coming out on Live so really want to get it working! Any suggestions? My 3 month subscription ran out, and the credit card it was attached to was canceled. And I bought a 3 month subscription card just recently, but I’m having quite a bit of problems even getting a chance to put the code in.

I turn on my console and the message “your account as been suspended due to a problemw ith your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management.” appears. Giving me the option to Update Profile or Cancel.

Now I hit Update Profile, bringing me to the page that says Memberships, contact information, etc. With a little Xbox loading icon on the bottom, then it forces me back onto the dashboard with the message “You must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to manage your Xbox LIVE membership.”

I went to check my network settings and everything is connected fine.

There aren’t any ads or anything on my dashboard at this time, and the ‘Connect to Xbox Live’ button is there, but it does the same thing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or how I can get to the screen where I can input my XBL 3 month. Thanks.
