How can I unban my card on paypal? What’s this PayPal card statement 4-digit code?

Ugh. I currently hate paypal…. Anyways, I was adding an American Express debit card to my account.
I then got this message:

“Your card was charged $1.95 USD.

Check your card statement and find the 4-digit PayPal code for the charge.

Enter the 4-digit code to confirm your card.”

What is a card statement? I went to go check the balance, since I know that lists the places I sent money to. I see ‘PAYPAL INC MARK’ listed on there, but I don’t see any four digit codes.
I went through the help section on paypal and found this:

“You can find your 4-digit PayPal code on your debit or credit card statement next to or near the charge amount. In the item description section, you will see it next to the word PAYPAL or PP.

Please allow a few business days for the PayPal code to appear on your online card statement. If you do not have online access to your statement, you’ll need to wait for your statement in the mail.

To enter your PayPal code, log in to your PayPal account, click Profile at the top of the page and click Credit Cards under Financial Information. ”

Problem is, I have no idea how to find the code statement! Do I get an email? Do I have to check some online account?

Anyways, none of this will really matter since paypal banned my card from being used because I failed to input the right code three times. x___x Seriously? Three times? It’s not my fault paypal isn’t clear about what the 4 digit code is! Also, I don’t recall reading any warning that my card would be banned. x_x
I tried readding it, but nope.

Yeah, when I checked the balance thing, there was this long code next to ‘PAYPAL INC MARK’ I tried putting in the last four digits. Nope. The first four. Nope. I tried putting in ‘MARK’. My card’s banned.

I am between jobs right now, and every single one I’ve found, naturally, wants references and a job to contact. I’m willing to pay a high interest rate in exchange for not needing to provide extra information, such as employment ph#, etc.

What’s My Credit Score and How Do I Raise It?

Before you even think about buying a home, you should ask yourself two questions: “What’s my credit score?” and “How do I raise it?” Knowing your credit score will help you negotiate a good interest rate on your mortgage, and if you can raise your score, you’ll get a loan with a lower interest rate.

What’s the importance of knowing your credit score when the creditors run your credit anyway?

When I apply for loans and tell the creditors what my credit score is they still run my credit. All the reports I read talk about the imporatnce of knowing your credit score and that’s fine. But what’s the importance of knowing my score when the creditors run it anyway? Also, how do we know that the rates that we qualify for are true based on ourcredit score? Is there a chart tat we can put our credit score up against and it tells us what rates we qualify for?
