I’ve heard that In charge solutions is a good company. I’ve heard that they are a non-profit organization.

We have a little over five thousand dollars in credit card debt and other misc. things.

We are only making two thousand dollars a month.

I am applying for a loan with prosper.com. Unfortunately, I will probably fall somewhere around the “D” or “E” level due to some old credit issues from a divorce a few years back. The good news is that I have great income and low DTI ratio and will agree to the highest interest rate under Florida law, which is 18%. How can I make myself the best possible candidate under the circumstances? What do you recommend I have in my profile? Family photos, professional photos? How much personal information should I include? On one hand I see where info about my kids would make me seem more likeable, on the other hand it might make me look “overextended.” Thoughts??? I appreciate all suggestions!

I need to improve my credit score by 4 points for a loan. Is there anyway to quickly improve your credit score over a few weeks\months?

If I pay off the remainder of some of my student loans could my credit score jump immediately?

Yeah just lost my iPod, no way I’m finding it again. Is there anyway I can go on iTunes and remove all credit card information. When I first bought the iPod, it asked me to enter my credit card information just for security reasons of course. I only ask now so if someone finds it that they don’t abuse my credit card.

If I’m running a property management company what is best software (ERP) to store all my documents online and generate custom reports?

What is the best software in your opinion and why?

Is there actually a way to get your credit report without having to give out credit card information and signing up for free trials??

I’m trying to find someway to come up with extra money to get my kids something for Christmas. And so far the only option I have is to borrow it against my tax check coming in January. I hate to do it that way, but it is the only option. I want to borrow no more than $500.00 and pay it back in full when I get my taxes back. Are there any loan companies, (banks, payday loans, ANYTHING!!) that offers loans like this! Any information you have to offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!!
