Im so sick of filling out information to get a payday loan. I dont have a choice but i need money to pay my rent, i understand everything that comes along with the loans, but are there any legitimate sites that will give me a payday loan and not keep sending me to different sites that direct me to another site?

I want to know if being a US citizen, with a socia security number allows credit bureaus to report information on me and make a credit file because I just want to know what law allows them to do this and if there is anything I can do to remove my information from the credit bureaus, or can I control what credit bureau gets what information?
The government has too much control.

I had a call claiming they were from ACS American Credit Solutions or somthing. They had my last four digits of my social my bank account information and more… they claimed I owed money from a payday loan I took it out awhile ago.So, becuase of that I believed them. They were saying the creditor was pressing charges against me etc. I gave them 600.00.

I did some research ( which I should have done before) and found some other complaints of this so called company that it was a scam.
Can I get mymoney back somehow!!??!!
