Okay, so I was 18, stupid, FOUR YEARS ago, I currently took out a loan, a real one, and it put all my current information to them.

I just got a letter in the mail saying how much I owed and all that, what are my rights to them, it’s already messed my credit up, so really what can they do to me??

And I live in Arkansas…

I don’t want to pay it back, it’s not the money, my credit is already messed up and that won’t help me a bit…
