i have an xbox live gold account, and it’s on a credit card, and i tried to get on one day and i received a messege that i needed to “update my payment options”

so i clicked the little button to go to “Update Profile” and it took me to what looked like the Account Management menu.
It had the little circular loading icon at the bottom, and once it goes around 2 or 3 times, it takes me back to the dashboard, or just signs my account in

i tried to just click on my profile (offline) and it says i need to be signed in to xbox live to manage my account, and so i try, but once again it takes me there, then immediatly takes me back to the dashboard

so basically im stuck, because i can’t access my account information, therefore can’t fix the problem, and can’t get online
