I have a normal Ebay account. I’m having trouble creating a sellers account.

I have a paypal account with credit card information in it.

When I attempt to register for a sellers account I get this: “This credit card is already linked to your PayPal account. Please add a different card or go to the Profile tab and choose Add or Edit Credit Card to update your card information.”

Why do I have to add Another card? Why can’t it just use the card already on the paypal account?
I have a PREMIER Paypal account.

I received a call today about an old payday loan that I had gotten in 2005 from Cash Advance Payday Loans. The caller claimed to be an investigator from Integrity Investigative Financial Services. She said that a civil suit was being filed against me for this issue and that I had 2 options. Option 1- Pay her compamy $920 to settle out of court, or Option 2- Go before the judge. I really do not want to go to court for this, but the real loan amount that I received was $200. I wanted to call the actual company where I received the funds, but the investigator said that I had to communicate through her. Has anyone else ever had something like this happen? I want to pay the debt, but I’m kind of skeptical of giving these people my information…especially when they said that I could not contact the original creditor?
Howard L, I just called them back to request a statement of the debt and who the original creditor was. They told me that they did not communicate through mail or email….only fax (I don’t have access to one) because they just didn’t have time. Should I just go ahead make arrangements and pay? What would you do?

Here is my situation. I got 3 payday loans and they keep taking the interest directly out of my account. I want them to take the pincipal and be done with these companies, but i have no contact information for the companies. I no longer have the email address i was using when i got the loan….therefore i do not have the confirmation emails. How do i get in touch with the companies?
I actually do not even knoe the name of the companies but i have included the information from my checking account that gives a brief description. If anyone know the contact information for these 3 companies it would be very helpful. Here they are:

AUTOMATED DEBIT 4-SGQ PROCESSING FEE DEPOSI
AUTOMATED DEBIT CMG GROUP LLC FEE DEPOSI

I have improved credit after filing bankruptcy about 5 years ago . I was able to secure auto loan and capital one card , but I find I am desperate for small loan of about 1,500 and most payday loan places offer a max of 800.00 in our area. I am also very scared of all the online fast loans due to scamming for information .Any ideas?
