I have a commerce assessment and we have to pretend we are a financial planner for my teacher. He has 100,000 theoretical dollars and we have to have a survey with him and depending on his answers will depict of he is a low risk or high risk investor.
We then choose what the best option would be.

I’m starting to do my homework in anticipation of interviewing a few financial planners. I know there are lots of important questions, but if you could only ask three question, what would they be?

I have IRAs, 401K, mutual funds, and savings for a rainy day. I have done this myself. My friend is trying to convince me to use a financial planner. I wonder what they may do so much better for gains? Also, don’t their fees abolish any gains? Please let me know your experience -thanks!
