I thought that creditor are not supose to tell whats on a persons credit report to another person on the phone. Do I need to talk a lawer?
No the person at this office called my bussiness and ask for me , the office personel said he’s not in, she state are you his wife,because he has a late payment,and by the way there is another loan for the amount of xxxxx did you know that? It just don’t seem like the information to tell some one over the phone not knowing who you are talking to. is that legal

Emergency loans, similar to the ones banks get on a permanant basis, are going to be available for credit to investors on wall street until september. This just reminded me somewhat of the depression/crash of 1928-29. I don’t think that this will necessarily lead to a crash, but I would just like some imput on the situation. Keep it clean…

Apologize, I said “brokers” when I meant to say “investors.”

I won a $50 gift card for Amazon.com, but when I tried to utilize it, I was asked for credit card information. I said that I didn’t have a credit card and was informed, because of that, that I couldn’t use the gift card. The card was already purchased, so what difference does it make?

HeLlo there!! Well mainly I’m asking if you have to give your credit card information to iTunes to install apps on an itouch. Because it asks me to register but it also asks me to put down my credit card information. Please help:)

I have gotten into trouble with 2 online payday loan companies,(cant afford to pay back and I am being charged even more interest than before,the threats are coming ,I dont mind being called myself but I dont want references being Harrassed.Also I have requested from each Loan Company (500 fast cash and Ameriloan) a Physical address to mail information to them,also want to work out repayment plan but will not give any banking info until I receive new documents from them,because I want in writting what we agreed to,not just verbal.Any suggestions.

My 9 y/o girl gets a dollar for random things like checking the mail for me. Cleaning her room ect. My 22 month old son gets a handful of change for his piggy when he feeds the puppy, or “helps” me put away laundry. today I asked my daughter to go pay our lunch bill at the resturaunt and she said only if you pay me. I emmediately set her straight and told her you only get paid for the chores I tell you ahead of time you’ll be paid for, but when I ask you do do me a favor, you should be polite and say ok Mommy, or if you are uncomfortable doing it, tell me so. Do you think giving kids an allowance for their chores is a bad Idea? We only just started doing this a week ago. So maybe her attitude will change? Or get worse? What are your thoughts?

I cannot afford 400 bucks worth of books and cannot find them on most of the major used book web sites….if I get a loan refund check I’ll be able to buy them but who knows how long it will take. What does a school do to help?
