I took out a payday loan online a little over a year ago. I have not been able to pay them back for it. Then I find out that they didn’t even have a business license to operate in the State of Alaska. My employer tells me they can’t and shouldn’t be harrassing me, but they call me at work EVERYDAY! I have repeatedly told them I am going to lose my job if they don’t stop, and all I get from them is this is your contact information, and “we’re” just trying to help. I hang up every time. I know that I owe them, but I can’t afford to lose my job!

I’m looking for a financial planner who can help me with a monthly budget–bills, saving, expenses, etc. Someone who isn’t just going to try to sell me products, but rather can look objectively at my situation and advise me on the best plan of action. Ideas?

I wasn’t fired, I was laid off, and since it was through a temp agency, I wasn’t paid much and was going paycheck to paycheck. I have been looking for another job since. The temp agency called me 12/17/08 to say they found me another assignment but it doesn’t start until 01/21/09. I have nothing saved, because i didn’t earn much and was let go not because of my work habits or performance, but because the schedule created for me by my supervisors was no longer convenient for them so they laid me off. It is a week before Christmas and I have no way of Buying my children NOTHING for Christmas. I know everyone says that going to a loan shark is a bad idea. Well I’ve tried cash advances, payday loans, lenders etc……. I don’t have bad credit, just not enough credit, so those options are no good. I know the risks of a loan shark, but I need this information now!!!!! My children are honor roll students and great kids, so I refuse to tell them that they can no longer get the things on their list, especially since I was just talking to them and going over their Christmas lists with them 12/11/08 the day BEFORE I got laid off. So, unless you’re going to have useful information and can direct me to where I can get the money I need ASAP, then why bother answering the question. Someone get back to me ASAP, PLEASE?????

What chance has a 40 years polish man who looks even 55 speaking broken english with no house, money on a debt management and house repossessing process to find a girlfriend in UK?

they are a pop up on a payday loan advertisement, they lead you to believe you are still on the loan application, then they hit your account with the info you have submitted. when you call their number to get reimbursed, their voicemail is continually full. connect now usa what do you know about them and how can i contact them.

Yeah I know that they aren’t a good idea, but I don;t have any family around to ask. I’ve tried finding sites via search engines but when i go to a site I fill out all the information and then it just keeps bumping me to another site. Does anyone know of one that is faxless and WON’T just bring me to another site, then another? I’m getting a little annoyed. I thought these things were supposed to be easy to get! haha. yes ppl i realise that the interest is high, but i dont have family to ask and i dont have anything of value to sell and cant have a garage sale..i live in vermont..its like 10 below here! and i already work 2 jobs

i want to make friends or find a date online,but all of them require us to pay for others detail profiles and contact information.and i dont have a credit card to pay online,and ,even if i have one ,there are so costly.

I have a payday loan I want to pay off with this company and I can’t find the address for them and they just keep taking cash from my checking acct. every 2 weeks and don’t e-mail or call me to make arrangements for a pay-down or pay-off, which I know is a scam and that is why I want to get them paid off and their hands out of my cash… Thanks for any information anyone has on this company. I expect there is at least one more “name” this company hides under so it is hard for someone like myself to find them on a web site, so if anyone knows other names please let me know, I REALLY want to get this issue resolved quickly….
