I’m meeting with a financial planner tomorrow. We had a chance meeting and I told him my husband and I have no money. He said I am exactly the kind of person who needs his services. He wants copies of tax records, pay stubs and investments. What can I expect??

Per month, for a metro-city, 1200 square foot condo with just me living in it? I know it varies, but just a guesstimation/average would really help me out!

It would probably help to add that it has 1 gas fireplace, which would only be used sparingly.

I am doing a little mental excersize, and I want to know aproximately what percentage of his/her income a worker should expect to pay in taxes at the state, local and federal levels. If you could even give a break down, that would be better. For the sake of my excersize, this individual doesn’t own a house, but rents an appartment, and has a small car, which is insured.
