I want to try to make this really simple.

My fiancee wants to pursue his career in heating and cooling and I want to become a zookeeper. We plan on having two kids and to also buy our own log cabin style house with some land to own a couple of horses and a small wolf pack covering most of the acres (sort of a “tiny sanctuary”). With the economy these days, can this work out with us not going into debt? If not, how can I make this work without altering our plan too much?

i’m just confused. these stoner kids who hang out in our neighborhood are like 14 and 15 and i’m just curious how they get money for their drugs!

when they can’t get a real job and their reputation keeps them from babysitting and stuff, how do these kids get all the money they need for their drugs?

Ok, past credit messed me up. I have a judgement thats almost paid off. I am trying to raise my credit score.I have 3 new accounts that I’ve paid on time for over 1 year. I read that one way to raise your score is to ” piggy back” on a relatives good credit ( have them add me to one of their good accounts and not use it) Is this safe, is it legal. I would love to hear constructive ways to increase my credit score. Please don’t judge me. Almost all of my ” bad” credit accounts have been paid off. I put my sons first when the divorce came. They lived in the house that I paid for while I lived in a basement.

I am not talking about a great interest rate loan, but just baseline, what credit score do I need to qualify for a loan at all? Due to some student loan troubles over the last 12 months, my credit score plummetted into the 500s (from around 700), but I make 6 figures with minimal debt so I’m wondering where I need my credit score to be before I can even consider a mortgage.
