This is complicated. My mother took out 5 loans when she needed them the most. .. u know., those fast cash payday type loans, 2 in town and 3 online. She originally owed 1500 but now owes 2500 due to interest (if u add all the loans up). Now here is her situation: she became gravely ill in 2004 and had to quit work and due to major major (organ transplant ) issues and issues that have almost taken her life several times SINCE the transplant, she can no longer work and is on social security disability. Due to the horrible medical situation she was in for literally years where she spent the better part of two years in a hospital, she had to file bankruptcy 3 years ago. She also lives with my grandmother and they share a bank account (moms SSD and gramdma’s retirement she recieves each month. Now I have two major questions here: (1) what can they do to my mom? they can’t jail her or anything can they?? or take away what she owns ? (she doesn’t own a home just rents, she does own an old car. (10 plus yrs old) She said they never asked her to put up any kind of collateral what so ever… on these loans. Just gave them her checking acct information.She absolutly could NOT survive in jail., no way whatsoever. Also, can they take my grandma’s money? They do share an account but my grandma’s name is NO where on any loans at all. She had nothing to do with the loans. She is elderly and needs her money for HER own meds and needs. I am so very worried for my mom. Please help!

Ive read with interest your comments about fee based financial advisors. However, you have yet to address the issue that fee based relationships work only if your nest egg is $1000000 +. Those of us smaller hitters are overlooked by financial advisors who are compelled to work exclusively with accounts that will generate sufficient return on their time invested. I guess that is just a harsh reality of life.

My 3 month subscription ran out, and the credit card it was attached to was canceled. And I bought a 3 month subscription card just recently, but I’m having quite a bit of problems even getting a chance to put the code in.

I turn on my console and the message “your account as been suspended due to a problemw ith your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management.” appears. Giving me the option to Update Profile or Cancel.

Now I hit Update Profile, bringing me to the page that says Memberships, contact information, etc. With a little Xbox loading icon on the bottom, then it forces me back onto the dashboard with the message “You must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to manage your Xbox LIVE membership.”

I went to check my network settings and everything is connected fine.

There aren’t any ads or anything on my dashboard at this time, and the ‘Connect to Xbox Live’ button is there, but it does the same thing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or how I can get to the screen where I can input my XBL 3 month. Thanks.

He is in severe pain and I was wondering if there was someway I could get information about dental insurance or is a payday loan better? I can’t afford much at once. I live in Missouri and I don’t know how to find out anything. Please help. I am not sure what I am looking for becuase I do not know what is out there. Thanks.

I made a live account on my computer before I set up my Xbox. For some reason, that live account and the account I play on are separate. I hadn’t had a reason to go on live yet so I thought nothing of it. Now that I want on Live, i can’t get on through the account i play on. I tried using all the information from my live account but it won’t let me use the same gamertag. It also gives me this weird error message that the Xbox support people claim means I’ve already created 10 profiles with one credit card which I obviously haven’t. i still have a free trial i haven’t used yet.
xbox support has been no help so i’m turning to u guys. plz help. thanks.

I cannot afford 400 bucks worth of books and cannot find them on most of the major used book web sites….if I get a loan refund check I’ll be able to buy them but who knows how long it will take. What does a school do to help?
