She is early thirties, newly divorced two young children. Has bachelors in business, well spoken, good morals, hard worker. Her life is falling apart and she seems oblivious to it. How can I start a conversation about helping her without offending her?

My kids are have no money, and they are to young to have a job and I want them to have everything they want but I dont want to give them the money. ages 7-12
