Budgeting- How much should I expect to pay for water, electric, and gas…?

Per month, for a metro-city, 1200 square foot condo with just me living in it? I know it varies, but just a guesstimation/average would really help me out!

It would probably help to add that it has 1 gas fireplace, which would only be used sparingly.
This depends on where you live and the rates.
This time of year the bills should go down.
electric summer- $100.00 to $150.00. More in winter you have an upstairs, which is more. May go higher.
gas lowest in summer. winter more.
water usually comes with the rent. Ours is $51.00 a month at the lowest.
