is it possible to create a warhammer online account without entering credit card information or a game card.. like, i wish to create an account without entering any info, because I dont have a credit card or a game card.
No there is no way without a gamecard or credit card.
But why would you want to make an account without being able to play?

Those gold selling spam advertisements you see in game are likely from hacked or “key-generated” accounts. It is highly unlikely the gold selling companies would be willing to shell out the cost of the game each time they want to advertise for a few minutes before they are banned.
But for all intensive purposes, the answer to your question is no (as long as you are legit).
