how do kids get money for drugs even though they have a bad reputation?

i’m just confused. these stoner kids who hang out in our neighborhood are like 14 and 15 and i’m just curious how they get money for their drugs!
when they can’t get a real job and their reputation keeps them from babysitting and stuff, how do these kids get all the money they need for their drugs?
they are stealing stuff from the neighbors and selling the iteams to a second hand store at your local town…
Unfortunately, some number of them are either stealing to get the money, or are dealing drugs themselves
They may get an allowance. Also they may resell some of their pot for a profit each time so that they basically smoke for free.
