like on ebay, should i use paypal? what are the risks of paying directly giving your credit card information?

i need a cash advance, i quit my job. i found a new job, and i start tomorrow but i need a cash advance to pay my bills before they get shut off, and my credit goes bad.
any body know of a site online where i can get a cash advance from, paying a minimum monthly charge or biweekly?

I’m using Quicken 2007 to manage 3 bank accounts and a credit card. I use the budgeting tool, but I only want to include one of the accounts in the budget but I can’t figure out how to exclude the other three. Does anyone know how to do this?
